While the telephone hotline only allows explanations on the phone, a live support will be able to show you on your screen how it is done. How it works: You talk to our hotline team. At the same time, security-certified software establishes an Internet connection between your PC and ours. During your phone call you can see on your screen how the software is operated on our PC. This makes it easier for you to work with our hotline staff.

We advise you that the responsibility for data protection belongs to the client if the data provided includes personal data.

With the push of a button you can switch around the viewing direction. Then we can look at your screen. This can be useful when complex questions need to be solved.
