User administration

The user administration offers the possibility to invite new users and to define the Authorization level (read, edit, administrate) of the users. The user administration also provides an overview of all outstanding invitations as well as a list of all users with the respective authorization level.

Invite user

Edit user

If you use Windows authentication (NTLM, Kerberos), the user administration provides you with an overview of all users with the respective authorization level. The administrator of the IT department in the Active Directory is responsible for assigning user rights (read, edit, administrate). Users that have been deactivated by IT in the Active Directory are highlighted in gray in the list.
